Patricia A. Weth, the principal of Patricia A. Weth, PLLC since 2009, concentrates in the areas of contracts, estate planning and estate settlement, trust and will drafting.
Patricia Weth has a long career as a public servant.  She worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Taxation, Arlington County, Virginia, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  and for law firms in Virginia.  During her career, Patricia continued to practice estate planning for family and friends. She taught Wills, Trusts & Estates as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University for the Paralegal Studies Program.  She always found herself being drawn back to estate planning, which was her favorite subject in law school.
In 2009, Patricia decided to open her own practice in order to concentrate on the area of law she enjoys the most. She believes she has an obligation to inform her clients about the laws relevant to their matters, so that clients will understand their documents and their estates. Patricia gains personal satisfaction in using her legal skills to assist her clients and give her clients peace and comfort.
Patricia volunteers for the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia and for the Northern Virginian Chapter of National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
